这个还不算，最重要的是大家看，今年的七月一号的报纸，青藏铁路今通车，拉萨火车来了，从青海的省会一直开到了西藏的拉萨，这个铁路通了，七万个工人在氧气不足的地方，最后建造了这个全世界最高的铁路，最难盖的铁路通了。

　　我必要从历史的角度来看这个问题，我觉得真的不容易。不容易在哪里里啊？从此西藏跟我们大陆啊，关系特别紧密起来了，过去只能靠马靠汽车靠飞机，可是那个运输量不能跟火车比，爲什么那不能跟火车比呢？我举个例子给大家看，每年以观光客人数来看，去西藏九十万人，你要靠飞机、靠马、靠汽车，怎么行呢？

　　然后他带给人民币二十五亿的这个利润，观光的利润，就是合成台币也叫做一百亿，有这么大的一个观光利润，西藏从此跟大陆通起来了。过去没有那么通，现在真的通起来了，原因就是有这个铁路。你讲的这些目的何在？目的告诉大家，没有这种铁路，西藏跟大陆的关系，还没有那么紧密，有这个铁路以后呢，历史会重新改写。

　　大家看这个资料，这是清朝的时候，驻藏大臣的权杖，清朝驻藏大臣，这是大家看，这是图片里面，看到没有？慈禧太后与第十三世的这个达赖喇嘛这么一个像，这是慈禧太后，这么一个造型，这就是达赖喇嘛第十三世，因爲他死的时候，他的脸朝著东北死掉的，所以就朝东北去找这个替身，在两年以后找到了，就是今天的达赖喇嘛。

　　这个资料就给大家看，这是宣统二年的时事闻见录，大家看这个，因爲太久了有点，这个纸都有点糟了，看到没有？这就是告诉大家，这个达赖喇嘛怎么来朝，就到中央政府来报到，有这个资料，大家再看这个资料都是这样，这个纸都碎掉了。到了宣统二年，看到没有？

　　达赖潜逃不归，爲什么潜逃不归啊，就是这达赖十三他在西藏，他要应付英国人，要应付俄国人，他的处境非常的复杂，他本身也有一些这种权力的独立的欲望，所以他左摇摆右摇摆，感到非常的爲难，所以只要中央政府一松懈，他就要跑，他就要出问题。所以我们可以看到，在宣统二年的时候，我们就看到了这个情况了，就有，现在我给大家看到了，看资料，看到什么呢？

　　看到我手里拿的这些资料，随便拿，你就好比说，这个是一个是世界屋脊的，谈到西藏这个书洋人写的，随便拿大家看，这也是谈西藏的书，这都是我收藏的就这些书，再看这些谈西藏的书，这种书啊，英文里面多的不得了，爲什么洋人对我们的西藏，这么感兴趣，爲什么？因爲他们有野心，像英国的军队到西藏，一次一次这样去啊，他有野心。

　　今天达赖喇嘛十四世跑到印度，十万的西藏人跟他到印度，什么人在包养他们啊？就是印度啊，爲什么印度人包养他呢，跟中国作对啊，所以今天我们很清楚的知道，这个铁路是多么重要，因爲这个铁路才使西藏在地理上在交通上面，跟大陆整个的结合在一起了，才有这个效果，没有这个铁路，还没有这种感觉，铁路出来以后呢，才有这个效果。

　　你谈这些会不会人家觉得说，你李敖觉得西藏明明是在历史上他跟中国大陆的关系比较特殊，你这样说是不是要欺负西藏呢？不是的。我给大家看看一本书，看看这个资料，你看看，西藏是全世界唯一落伍的，一个用神权统治的地区，我们过去是神权统治，然后才是君权，然后才是民权，现在变成人民的权力，可是西藏还在神权统治。

　　在全世界的地区里面，只有这个地区是这么落伍的，因爲神权统治，所以他只有百分之五的人口，控制著西藏的全部资源。百分之五的人口的领袖，就是达赖喇嘛他手下的大喇嘛，手下的贵族手下的地主，只占全部西藏人口的百分之五，这批人控制了整个的西藏。他们怎么样对待西藏其它的人，给大家看看一个照片，大家看一个照片，把手铐脚镣对付西藏人的，手铐脚镣，大家再看，农奴欠了利息不给钱，或者不听话，眼睛挖掉，农奴的眼睛挖掉，挖眼睛的工具还在这里。

　　我把这个资料给大家看，证明了一点什么呢？我告诉大家，爲什么我要赞美中国共产党，只有共产党能够解决这个问题，就是在中国的地区里面，有这么一个，比台湾大三十四倍的地方，他是归神权统治，是这样子欺负人的，挖人家眼睛砍人家胳膊的，这么个地区，要不是中国共产党，我们对他完全没有办法，这么黑暗的一个地区，这个问题最后被中国共产党解决了。

　　今天爲什么我要以这个题目作爲专题跟大家谈的原因，告诉大家只有中国共产党，才能够解决全世界所有的这么一个独有的神权统治的地区，就是我们中国的西藏。

　　清高宗，也就是乾隆皇帝，就曾写过一篇《喇嘛说》来阐述清朝政府对西藏喇嘛转世的看法和做法，他认爲喇嘛转世一说是经不起推敲的，「佛本无生啓有来世」，但爲了拉拢西藏的佛教徒，加强中央政府对西藏的控制，他还是承认了喇嘛转世的这套程序，这证明远在清朝，中国对西藏就有绝对的控制权。

　　而民国政府的满蒙委员会会员长吴忠信在达赖十四世举行坐床大典时到场庆贺并主持，更证明了西藏是承认属于民国中央统治的，中国是拥有西藏的主权的。在最近，中国共产党修了一条铁路到了西藏，这就是青藏铁路，它的修建有什么意义呢？

　　那就是让西藏跟中国大陆从此更紧密地结合在一起了，谁也夺不走了，中国共产党在上个世纪五零年代进军西藏，解决了那里的神权统治问题，如今，又通过各种方法让西藏更牢固地掌握在中国手中，真是了不起，这就是我要赞美中国共产党的地方。
